This visit I was able to relax is a small sitting area above the taproom with a few friends, a drooling cat, and a pint of Slurry Bomber Stout. At seven dollars GBC pint glasses are very overpriced. The available beers were the same as the last visit. They don't seem to have time for new brews.

The Glacier Brewing Company is tucked in a small in descript building several blocks West of the main Polson thoroughfare. The small taproom had a nice friendly feel though a few too many UM Grizzly artifacts; the Griz poster in the bathroom felt strangely at home. The Port Polson Pilsner and Slurry Bomber Stout are good but the St. Arnold's Autumn Ale is delicious. A full Glacier Brewing growler can be purchased for the fantastic price of $11.

These guys at Glacier Brewing know their beer! We sampled the Golden Grizzly Ale, North Fork Amber, and the Slurry Bomber Stout - all three were terrific, but we settled on the Stout as our favorite and had a pint. Great friendly brewers, they showed us around the brewing operation, and were good company while we drank some of their great beer. This place is a don't miss if you're cruising through Polson, Montana!
